Returns

If you experience a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship Homade Innovations warrants your shot strap for one year of the product, and we will repair or replace the product at no charge. Homade Innovations has sole discretion to determine manufacturer's defects. 

To make a claim, email us at [email protected] or call us at 616-617-7984. Please provide your invoice number and a description of what the nature of the defect is. If we feel your claim is adequate we will provide you with a return authorization number (RA#) and a return shipping address.  

Repair / Replacement Policy: For a fee Homade Innovations (at our discretion) will repair or replace stitching, straps and other parts as needed and available.  All fees for repair or replacement depend on the damage to the product
